Donate to Robert’s Campaign
Local campaigns are powered by community support. Your contribution helps us reach more residents, share our message, and build a strong campaign across Somerset Ward.
When you donate to Robert’s campaign, you may be eligible to receive up to $75 back through the City of Ottawa’s Contribution Rebate Program.
How it works:
- Donations of $25.01 or more are eligible for a rebate under the Contribution Rebate Program (By-law No. 2026-79).
- The maximum contribution by an individual to a single candidate is $1,200.
Contribution rules:
- Contributions over $25 cannot be made in cash.
- Contributions above $25 must be made by cheque, money order, or another traceable method.
- If your total contributions to a candidate or third-party advertiser exceed $100, your name and address will appear in the candidate or third-party’s financial statement. These statements are public documents.
Important:
- Municipal campaign contributions are not tax deductible.
