My Commitment to Somerset:

For over two decades, I’ve had the privilege of living in Somerset — getting to know my neighbours and working with organizations to build a community we can all be proud of.

This community has given me so much. And now, it’s my time to give back.

I hear every day from people who are worried. Worried about affordability, about safety, about whether our neighbourhood is moving in the right direction. That’s not something I can ignore.

The face of our community has changed. Some of those changes have made life harder. Too many residents feel their voices aren’t reflected in local decision-making.

We need leadership that listens to everyone.  I’m running to bring a grounded, community-focused voice to City Hall. I want to ensure residents are heard, and that decisions reflect the realities people experience every day. We need practical, evidence-based solutions that deliver real results. I’m ready to bring that approach to City Council.

Safe Communities:

  • Improve commuter safety
  • Reduce crime in our neighbourhoods
  • Keep our public spaces and parks user-friendly and clean

A Revitalized Downtown:

  • Collaborate with local business improvement associations to create a positive environment for business
  • Increase pedestrian activity through cleaner and more attractive streetscapes
  • Create lively communities by supporting local arts and activities

Housing for All:

  • Provide opportunities for seniors to age with dignity in our community
  • Support housing options to fit the needs and budgets of all residents
  • Ensure the sustainability of local non-profit housing corporations
